Price Fixing Declared Legal by Supreme Court Today

The Supreme Court overturned a 100 year old rule that allowed multi-national corporations, monopolists, trusts, and evil robber barons to be unfairly taken advantage of by widows, orphans and fixed income heroes of WWII.   The original rule meant that "resale price maintenance agreements were an automatic, or per se, violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act" according to the New York Times.  Finally manufactures and retailers can communicate, and reach agreement for the best and most efficient way to separate Americans from their monthly social security checks.
