    I have been told manufacturers need to beef up dryer doors and make them hard to open, to help reduce vent fires.  Anyone have info or links on this subject?  I want to be able to explain the price increase to my customers.

    ALL dryers have to pass a fire test and must contain a fire in the tub as well as outside the tub in the dryer for 7 hours to obtain a UL listing.
