- Asko is recalling 130,000 DW95 dishwashers (sold 1995 - 2000) because of 21 fires caused by an overheating electrical component.
- Remedy: ASKO will inspect, repair and/or provide rebate for replacement.
- GE Monogram is recalling 2600 pro-style ranges (sold Oct 2005 - Feb 2007 and made by DCS) because of 6 fires caused by a design flaw.
- Remedy: GE will repair units in-home.
