Whirlpool Files Patent Infringement Case Against LG

Has 50 years of living on the edge with the North Koreans twisted LG's moral compass?  Has LG become addicted to the thrill, the adrenal rush, of poaching patented technology?  Is LG pinching patents and even trademarks in a mad dash to become a power player in the North American appliance industry?  Fisher + Paykel thinks so (see April 2003), and now Whirlpool thinks so.
