Whirlpool was defeated Friday in a patent infringement case brought by LG.  Reuters
Whirlpool follows suit to invalidate the patent, so everyone can play.  Bloomberg

Seems to me that LG could have saved some time and money and bought some WHIRLPOOL stock in March @ $19.19 ... because today it closed @ $74 !!!

Faster and easier money than they made via all the lawyers & judges !!! 

There is ALWAYS more than one way to skin a cat !!!

Sounds like just another foreign entity once again using our own legal system against us !!!

I doubt that this would have worked out this way if it were contested the other way around  !!!
