How could we have missed this? On August 11, 2003, just 5 days after Whirlpool filed a lawsuit against LG, and just 4 months after Fisher & Paykel filed a lawsuit against LG, Whirlpool and Fisher & Paykel formed a global alliance for sourcing, and technology sharing and technology development.
