Weber Embroiled in Potentially Embarrassing Ducane Bankruptcy Imbroglio

"The State" newspaper of Columbia, SC reports that the Newman family (creators of the $6000 "ChuckWagon" specifically designed for tailgating) alleges that they were screwed (is this a legal term in South Carolina) out of their patents and royalties when Ducane was taken over by Weber. Bankruptcy court to decide. Will there be a grilling of the grillers?
