Viking Whispers in the Air (CONFIRMED)

We have received today multiple reports of executive departures, and possible changes in the Viking distribution strategy. We have not been able to confirm. Can anyone fill us in?
UPDATE: Jan 19: Unconfirmed reports that Viking is selling off its wholly owned distributors (Northstar of Michigan, Lakeview of Chicago) effective July 1, to a California investment group. If true this would be a continuation of Viking's 1 year old strategy of unloading its distribution investments (See "Breathtakingly Confirmed Report #1" Feb 2004).
UPDATE: Jan 26: Confirmed in Viking press release: NorthStar and LakeView to be sold, effective July 1, to David LaFollette and Ken Sweet "former executives with a large major appliance builder supplier on the West Coast".
UPDATE: Jan 20: Confirmed: Phil Gafka has departed Lakeview Distribution.
