Ultra 8 Ultimatum

Ultra 8's management team are working with their banks and Indesit (owner and manufacturer of the Ariston brand) to transition the service network and sales channels in the USA and Canada to a new Indesit owned distribution entity.  Oakton Distribution will not be affiliated with the new entity.  The new entity is seeking a distributor replacement for Oakton, but otherwise, the Ultra 8 representative claims, business is going on as usual.  Ultra 8 was formed in 2003 to promote and distribute the Ariston brand.  (See Nov 2003 for start up)
