Tecnowind Acquired and other Rumors

Tecnowind, one of Fabriano's last major rangehood companies, owned by Finsei spa and rumored to have a secret relationship with Antonio Merloni spa (owner of ASKO), was sold to BS Private Equity. It is rumored within Fabriano business circles that pulling the strings behind the deal is Elica spa. On July 4th, Elica delayed its promised IPO because of "excessive volatility of the financial markets", but Fabriano rumors have it that Elica could be attempting to reach some sort of critical revenue or profit level for their IPO. Circumstantially, who else would want Tecnowind?
