I have only had the pro kits in house for a couple of weeks and already I have saved thousands of dollars in damage that I have repaired instead of discounting. I even saved the cost of a return, because my service manager was able to fix the scratches which occurred during delivery at the customer’s home, and they were very happy to keep the unit. We at ApplianceAdvisor.com tried a new product, Scratch-b-gone, as part of taking Scratch-b-gone's ad placement.  Tried it out on the sink, and though I was anxious when I started, I needn't have been.  It was easy to use and lived up to the advertising.  We have now followed up on the hood and dishwasher.  Stuff works.

They claim: 
"If you are a dealer and you are not using these kits to reduce the markdowns your taking on scratched merchandise on the floor, or during the delivery process, you are missing a huge opportunity to improve your bottom line!" 

That seems to be accurate to us.
