Why it was only January when we reported that Franke is leaving Schaedel for Goldman in Northern NJ. We now have confirmed reports that Schaedel has cancelled its distribution contract with Scotsman effective January 31. Scotsman is a maker of residential and commercial icemakers.
As the distributor for U-Line (maker of small undercounter refrigerators and icemakers)
and Viking (world conquering maker of appliances and distributor of small undercounter refrigerators and icemakers), we imagine that Schaedel was having a hell of a time differentiating its lines.
