Rangehood Re-org in the Southeast

• Best is pulling out of HADCO in Florida and shifting over to Westye Distribution as part of a Nortek corporate strategy for Best to be distributed through the Sub-Zero/Wolf network and Zephyr to be distributed with Viking.  The "joined at the hip" strategy is one of significant risk for Nortek, considering ASKO's current precarious "partnership" with SZ.
• HADCO will bring in Faber brand rangehoods to distribute in GA, NC, SC, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR.  This is a huge coup for Faber, both coloring in a few states where Faber was not available while also leveraging the resources of the largest distributor in North America.  The change from Faber’s existing distributor will be effective February 15, 2008.

Hadco will now distribute rangehoods from Zephyr, Faber, Franke, Viking and Trade Wind.  Franke and Faber are sister organizations.
