Effective Sept 1, Pres. Bernie Von der Lieth has departed Ultra 8, the North American distributor of Merloni's Ariston brand.
U-Line
A significant portion of U-Line was sold by the Uihlein family to the investor group Linsalata Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm. The % of the company transferred was not disclosed, but anything less than a controlling interest in a privately held company would be well over the line of criminal stupidity. Effective April 30.....5 months ago........but look fellas it was nearly summer and for what you pay us we really don't like to work in the "nearly summer" period.
