Oakton's 3rd Strike

Premier Appliance Distributors, the Mid-Atlantic distributor of Ariston, Waste King, and Forni Wood Ovens, is defunct, the 3rd casualty including Ultra 8 in the Oakton bankruptcy . Premier, a start up distribution venture of the dealer Hillmon Appliances, had prepaid orders of Ariston product that were never delivered.
CORRECTION Dec 28: Though Hillmon Appliances employed two individuals also working at Premier, Premier was not a venture of Hillmon.
