• Rumors suggest that ASKO is reviewing its distribution options since Sub-Zero's announcement of its investment in a dishwasher factory.  See background Aug 2007

• Tipster Unconfirmed:  Dacor's recent production run of Electrolux ranges is driven by earlier Electrolux volume commitments, not by a long term strategy to purchase from Dacor.  Electrolux is moving supply to China. (see original story October 2007)
• Frigidaire price increase of 5% effective January 7.  This confirms the October rumor.
• Is has been reported that Dacor increased pricing 8% - 9% in Chicago area.
• First reports from the field on Viking price increase:  Average retail increase of 3.5% in Michigan area.
• Thermador and Gaggenau to have price increase effective Feb 1, 2008, except wall ovens and dishwashers.  Bosch has no price increase at this time.
• BSH institutes a "mandatory" Minimum Retail Price "in accordance with recent changes in the law which allow for such a policy".
