Maytag Gemini Fire Hazard

The most versatile range in North America, has discovered one more way to cook you r food. Maytag recalls 23,000 Gemini ranges which "can experience a delayed ignition flashback fire in the upper oven, which poses a fire and burn hazard to consumers. Maytag has received nine reports of flashback fires, including three minor burn injuries and incidents where consumers suffered singed hair or clothing". For some reason that 1962 Twilight Zone episode, "To Serve Man" has popped into my head.
