Maytag Class Action

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Maytag on October 29, 2003 in connection to complaints with the Neptune Washer including:
- mold and mildew growth
- door latch failures
- control board failures.
- "that they fail at unacceptably high rates, are inherently defective and unreliable, and are not of merchantable quality"
