Lynx Grills sold a stake of unknown proportions to Century Park Capital Partners, an "institutional private equity fund that specializes in making investments in industry leading growth companies".  As part of the deal, a new Chairman and CEO will join the existing management team lead by president Mike Edwards.  We hope that Century Park is not following the Brockway Moran playbook too closely.
