Regional Account Executive:  TN, NC, SC, AL
Position is for Regional Account Executives, this is a 1099 Independent Representative. Ideal person has at least 15 years in the appliance industry in outside sales to the retail dealer. A person who is frustrated with the Corporate life and is interested in building a long term profitable career with an industry changing Rep Group. We have a very diverse product offering with high end products like Venting, Full line appliances, Outdoor grills and Plumbing products.

Position Description:
Implementation of sales plans to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and sales targets within a pre-defined region, effectively maximizing every opportunity within our structure to achieve Regional and Corporate sales objectives. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Responsible for achieving Regional sales budgets across all product categories.
·     Responsible for the conducting of ongoing comprehensive product training to all sales outlets and trade partners.
·     Monitor and analyze field sales reports, interpret results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets
·     Develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial applications.
·     Offers and pricing submission for authorization by National Sales Manager
·     Maintain a positive working relationship with distributors/sales outlets
·     Responsible for the promotion of the product range at various trade shows.
·     Resolve customer complaints; assist service department with problem resolution.
·     Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment
·     Various projects as requested
·     Awareness and compliance of Company Policies and Procedures
·     Travel to support sales goals.
·     Assist in the preparation of annual sales forecast and sales budgets
·     Implement and provide pricing, applicable discounts, advertising, and rebates as approved by the National Sales Manager
·     Provide reporting and analysis of sales results and administration
Position Requirements:
·     Minimum 15 years of Appliance Sales and Regional Account Management experience
·     Positive, Sales-oriented personality
·     Strong team player
·     Ability to manage diverse product offering
·     Relationship building
·     Solid work ethics
·     Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
·     Independent Representative Experience, This is a 1099 IR Position.
