Technical Support Training Representative

For nearly five decades and three generations, U-Line has captivated those with an appreciation for the finer things with exceptional design, inspired innovations and attention to even the smallest details. U- Line Corporation,  the leading manufacturer of premium built-in undercounter icemakers, refrigerators and wine preservation products, is currently looking for a self motivated, goal oriented, results driven Technical Support Training Representative.

Qualifications:

  • Two year technical Associate Degree or five years in-home appliance service experience
  • Technical hands-on background
  • Full understanding of household refrigeration systems
  • Full understanding of electrical diagnosis and safety
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel two to four weeks in the spring, two to four weeks in the fall.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Train Field Service Technicians country wide on how to properly diagnose and fix unit issues.
  • Provide phone support in the call center to Field Service Technicians, End Users and Dealers/Distributors.
  • Assist with managing the service network
  • Develop communications with the service network
  • Liaison with engineering regarding technical publications
  • Develop technical training materials for seminars (MS Office/PDF)  is a plus.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM-6:30PM
