Technical Support Training Representative
For nearly five decades and three generations, U-Line has captivated those with an appreciation for the finer things with exceptional design, inspired innovations and attention to even the smallest details. U- Line Corporation, the leading manufacturer of premium built-in undercounter icemakers, refrigerators and wine preservation products, is currently looking for a self motivated, goal oriented, results driven Technical Support Training Representative.
Qualifications:
- Two year technical Associate Degree or five years in-home appliance service experience
- Technical hands-on background
- Full understanding of household refrigeration systems
- Full understanding of electrical diagnosis and safety
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel two to four weeks in the spring, two to four weeks in the fall.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Train Field Service Technicians country wide on how to properly diagnose and fix unit issues.
- Provide phone support in the call center to Field Service Technicians, End Users and Dealers/Distributors.
- Assist with managing the service network
- Develop communications with the service network
- Liaison with engineering regarding technical publications
- Develop technical training materials for seminars (MS Office/PDF) is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM-6:30PM
