Jaded

• Jade commercial & Jade residential (aka Dynasty) divisions no longer report directly to Maytag Corporate, but instead to subsidiary Dixie-Narco, Maytag's producer of coin-op machines.  That must make sense to folks smarter than us.
• Jade sales have not met forecasts per published 1st Qtr reports and Jade has had other "performance" issues per Maytag's 2nd Qtr reports.  "Performance" was not defined.  Our sources tell us that the recent layoffs were at least partly due to the missed targets.
• We have been unable to confirm a stray rumor that Jade commercial is being considered for sale, or that Jade residential would move production to Cleveland, TN as a result of a sale, so perhaps this is not true.
