After being taken over from Corning in 2002, factory closures, failed factory starts, changes in management, back orders, chapter 11 bankruptcy, new corporate address, and a bankruptcy auction, Harper-Wyman, the gas component manufacturer, will be acquired when the bankruptcy judge decides between bids this week.
