Galorious Merger
BBQs Galore is finalizing its sale to its primary supplier, Grand Hall, a Taiwanese manufacturer of BBQs and ersatz supplier of pro-style cooking appliances.
Sources say that the merger will be effective January 1, 2009.
Assuming that the US economy is not itself liquidated by that time, Grand Hall will have the opportunity to leverage its retail locations to also sell its kitchen appliances.
What will become of Galore's other BBQ suppliers?
Will Grand Hall raise product prices to the its subsidiary to shift Galore's profits (if any) from the US to Taiwan, or will it choose to lower prices on sales to Galore to shift profits out of Taiwan to the United States?

BBQ's Galore
Even with the constant importing of products they cannot survive !!! Wow !!! I wish them well. Don't like to see any business fail and their President , Sydney Selati is a heavy contributor to some worthwhile charities.
