- Basil Larkin, BSH's "GM, Retail Sales US" is leaving to become Whirlpool "GM: Independents" and will be responsible for $2 billion in sales, effective Sep 1.
- The Massachusetts BSH showroom, and inside sales office, where Mr. Larkin's office was located, is closed effective September 1.
- CORRECTION from BSH PR Manager: "Although the showroom is closing, the office will continue."
- CORRECTION to CORRECTION from BSH Boston office answering machine: "We have closed our Boston office and showroom"
- UPDATE: Aug 31: "In the interim Dick Muchanic, Director of Retail Business Sales East, will assume the responsibilities of GM of Retail Sales"
- U-Line VP of Sales Paul Murphy has left the company. Sources tell us that VP of Marketing Mark Russell will do double duty.
