Distribution Updates (have we missed any?)

- Blue Star added Oakton Distribution.
- Bertazzoni added Oakton to Eastern Marketing, Purcell-Murray, Echelon, Amiel, and Doolittle
- Windcrest added Oakton & Signature
- Best added NJ to Goldman's territory
- Bosch / Thermador will take all of Eastern Canada direct, January 1. The Amiel clan are the current distributors.
- Rumor has it that the Amiel clan of Eastern Canada are expanding their distribution territory into Michigan and N. Ohio in 2007 and will be taking over Zephyr and Viking. Lakeview is the current distributor.
- By mutual decision between ALMO and Capital Equipment, ALMO will no longer distribute Capital products in California. ALMO will continue in California with Liebherr refrigeration, and continue promoting Capital across ALMO's remaining Capital territory. Capital has appointed VAH as replacement in CA. Both ALMO and Capital emphasize that the changes were due to the "unique dynamics" of Capital products in California and do not effect the relationship in any other market.
