DCS Attending K-Biz under F&P "Umbrella"

Thanks to Advisor's comprehensive list of attendees and those not attending this year, it is easy to check those are still hanging on, and those who, like DACOR & U-LINE have recently withdrawn ... 
 
Today's find is DCS ... who was listed and now is not !!!   Apparently, they feel more comfortable under the "umbrella" of Fisher & Paykel ...
 
Could it be that my contention long ago - that DCS was on the "chopping block" with a price close to what Fisher & Paykel paid for them - is going to come true some one of these days ???
