Dacor or Bosch cooktop

I'm very excited about my kitchen reno but very overwhelmed about the appliance choices. I recently saw a Dacor cooktop which was appealing to me because it has a bead blasted stainless steal top to make cleaning easier (supposedly).  But after reading some of these forums I'm having second thoughts about Dacor. Perhaps I should stick with a Bosch??

Bead Blast Surface

was something Dacor pioneered about 20 years ago. It gave the consumer the ability to clean the top without scratching the stainless. It was a proven process that was tested by some of Dacor's chefs and cooking advisors. The process remains solid and eliminated calls about scratched stainless on the tops.It was not a cheap process to apply but it was about and remains about the customer. Those who sell other products would try to sell against it I suppose , however it is a solid process that enhances the life of the top without the headaches of the scratching. I obviously cannot speak about the products and how they otherwise perform these days but the bead blast was a good decision.
