DCS refugee and ex-VP of Sales and Marketing Tom Caulfield has rejoined Outdoor Concepts Inc (OCI), of Westminster CA, a maker of BBQs and assorted outdoor accessories he helped start up. Several DCS executives created OCI but sold their stakes when Brockway-Moran acquired DCS, (can't you just picture the conflict of interest paragraph of Brockway-Moran's employment contract).
Tom has rejoined OCI fulltime and taken a substantial equity position.
