China's Richest Man is a Crooked Appliance Mogul

The Taipei Times reports that China's richest man with $6.3 billion, Huang Guangyu, the 39 year old chairman of GOME Electrical Appliances Holdings Ltd, is under investigation for stock price manipulation, bribery, and illegal loans, etc, etc.. Mr. Huang (family name first) started the Gomes electronics retailing business when he was a teenager with a $4400 investment.
