Finally, after 12 years of technology development, Caldera, the high tech inventor of the world's first touch-control gas cooktops, and developer of sophisticated touch-control electric cooktops, as well as several high output gas knob cooktops, signed a N. American distribution agreement with Eurochef USA of Edgewood, NY. With the agreement Caldera cooktops, a regional secret of the Northeast, promises to be available ..... finally ..... everywhere in the US and Canada.
The fine people of Vermont (at least the few who don't cook with wood) are said to be mighty proud....in an unexpressive Vermont kind of way.
Eurochef USA is also the distributor of DeLonghi, Fratelli, and Verona.
