BSH Launches the Siemens brand

BSH (Bosch-Siemens Home Appliances) launches the "Siemens" brand of appliances in the United States through "Best Buy".  What if any difference there is with "Bosch" branded appliances is unknown.  What the strategy or future plans are, is as well........unknown.  Why only Best Buy?  Why no website?  Why bother?
