Does B/S/H/ Have there heads up there #$#, Or is it just me. I guess the only way this company can sell anything now is to give it away. Example the 1, 2, Free Program by Thermador. I guess with the incompetent VP, and Marketing Department will this company still be standing at the end of the year? The prodcut management team who is not American has no clue what the American wants. Dont Kid youreself this might be a American made product but the only reason is because its cheaper to make it here then in Germany. You would think they could use some Volkswagons tactics but that would be asking to much.
I stopped doing
I stopped doing BSH/Thermador warranty about 5 yrs ago after 13 yrs with Bosch only and then Thermador after Bosch got too big for their britch's and moved west. Maybe when they resume making parts for 8 yr old units they'll get back in the ball game.
Bosch Vision
Rummor and Numbers are out. The new vision Laundry that Bosch Launched has been a big bust. The two Major retailers who carry the Prodcut Sears and Lowe's the Numbers are way below the projections. This is do to Lack of Sales associate training BY B/S/H and Lack of Technical Support. Great Job again by the Directors and the Management, Lets not Forget the New VP of Sales.

Bigcity,It is just you. B/S/H has the most aggresive program for customers and designers available. Have you seen the new Pro Range ? How about the Fridge and Freezer Columns ?

Also did you know that Thermador just let 330 dealers go who failed to meet there expectations. I guess when you call agressive letting Dealers go and Mandating accounts to carry 24 Pieces of Thermador on the floor or they dont Meet expectaions you are correct. Good Luck With That.

You seem to have a hard on for B/S/H. Could the bigcity you are from be one of those 330 dealers let go ? They are just thinning the herd to make room for companies that support this old well established brand. Good luck with the brands you support ! Your city may be big, just not big enough to display 24 pieces of B/S/H.

B/S/H/ Bosch
Has anybody else have any information on the B/S/H disaster in National Accounts? Rummors are starting in November the Sales have had a Huge Decrease up to 40 to 50 percent in Sales in the 2 Major accounts They have. Sears/Lowe/s is this because They have Product that does not meet the American Demand? Small Dish, No 3 door Fridge, Overpriced FSR no Sales/Training team, Or Incompetent Leadershiop? My Thinking is Lack of competinet Leadership.

Whats Hard to Believe is a Company that had Double Digit gaines in the National Accounts in the Past 6 Year with a Professional Sales/Training team That Put Bosch on the Map and Did 76% of the Business for the company, could turn to a incompetetent Leader that it showing Double Digit Decreases with a unqualified Training Team from a Third-Party. Its Sad to See a Good Company Let this Director Sell them Short. I will imagine he will Cry Bad Economy will justify his Job. I guess Blaming other People for His Failure is His Mission Statement. B/S/H is a smart Company the numbers will speak for themselves and when The Germans have time to evaluate He will be packing Bags. It will be Sooner Then Latttttter.

Thats what I just said, they have to give it away to sell it. And you just said they have the best programs. I never said the Thermador product wasnt good. Mabee you should just read better. If you want to talk about Bosch Product the Inept Bosch Fridge and the Non Drying Dish we can talk.
