AGA Decides to Exit Commercial Business

"To unlock shareholder value". How exactly does one unlock shareholder value by signaling to the market, the world actually, that the Commercial business is maxed out, that there's nothing more we can do with it, that it's like squeezing blood from a stone in a bushel of turnips (or something like that). By yelling: "Will some bloke please lift this doughnut shaped stone from aroundst me neck......ANYONE". This is an opening negotiating strategy we had not considered.
