We don't normally call in the entire appliance industry for a service issue, but these units are simply so cool that they need to be saved. Back in the day, 50 or so years ago, Frigidaire once offered a wacky folding electric cooktop, and a brilliantly clever double-door built-in oven.
The cooktop: "some of the elements do not work and the ones that work do not regulate properly"
